I bought a new battery online, jump started my car to get to this location and they installed it for free. It was actually cheaper to buy it online because there was an online-only discount. There was a core charge which gets refunded when you turn in the old battery. Since they installed it, they knew they had my old battery and refunded the core charge automatically without me having to do anything. Perfect.

Horrible, greedy or uninformed customer service. Wasted combined 4 hours of my wifes and mine time and about $50 in fuel because you wanted to sell a higher priced product than what my wife asked to purchase and telling us the item we wanted wasn't in stock, even though I called after with the sku and a different employee said they had the one we wanted originally. As a result, we received a part that did not fit as it was not made for the vehicle. Here's one more customer that's shopping exclusively at NAPA for car parts.
